Return / Refund Policy

Wicked Cactus Company is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been worn. If items are received damaged the buyer has 72 hours from the delivery date to report damaged or incorrect items. If buyer is unhappy with purchase, they have 1 week from delivery date to request a refund issued only as store credit. Store credit will not be issued until items are back in possession of Wicked Cactus Company in the same condition as they were originally sent in. Thank you!
